Not only does LYP give young professionals a voice - it gives them an outlet for affecting change in the community. LYP seeks to work hand-in-hand with current community and business leaders to learn from their experiences and to create a young professional-friendly atmosphere.
Lowcountry Young Professionals is focused on networking and professional development of the emerging leaders in the Beaufort region. Core to LYP’s strategic agenda is the belief that the more informed, involved and networked young professionals are, the more influence they will have on what the Beaufort Region is and what it can become in the future. LYP is for anyone between the ages of 21 and 40 who works in the Lowcountry region.
